Exact excerpt
This parallel-group trial randomized 102 male, right-hand-dominant U16–U18 basketball players in Türkiye, 34 each to 30-second-per-region rolling, 60-second-per-region rolling, or passive rest. It assessed one acute session using five reaction-time trials. The 30-second group had less elapsed time before post-test than the 60-second and control groups, and the 30-second-versus-control result was not reproduced under mean or median scoring.
