In the Staphylococcus phage SA1 infection dataset, array-derived RNAs were abundant at early, middle, and late time points. They reached up to 8% of phage RNAs at 15 minutes. The authors have not shown that ART's RT is active, that those RNAs are its substrates, or what the system does.
